A hospital in Germany has stopped accepting new patients after several people were infected with a mutated virus

Fourteen people were found to be infected with novel coronavirus, a variant found in the UK, during routine screening at the internal medicine and cardiology wards of the Humboldt Hospital in Berlin, the German capital, it was reported Thursday.
To avoid the spread of the mutated virus, the hospital has stopped treating new patients and patients from emergency departments will be transferred to other hospitals in the city.
At the same time, the hospital asked staff to commute “two points and one line” between the hospital and the residence, and to avoid going to other places.
